We do not sell these products; instead, we provide a license activation service to our customers.
2. License Activation Process: ProActivation by PlugCart does not sell license keys for WordPress premium themes and plugins. We do not provide license keys to customers, as it is not legally permissible to distribute or hand over license keys. Instead, we facilitate the activation of licenses for our customers by entering the license key manually and activating the license on the customer’s website. To perform this service, we may require temporary access to your website. By using our services, you grant us temporary access to your website for the sole purpose of activating the licenses you have purchased.
3. User Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing a license activation package. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your website access credentials provided to ProActivation by PlugCart. You understand and acknowledge that ProActivation by PlugCart will only use the provided access credentials for the purpose of activating licenses and will not misuse or share your credentials with any third parties.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property: All WordPress premium themes and plugins that are activated by ProActivation by PlugCart are the copyrighted property of their respective owners and developers. We do not claim ownership of these products. The copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights for these products belong to the original developers.
5. Limitation of Liability: ProActivation by PlugCart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold ProActivation by PlugCart and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs, and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against ProActivation by PlugCart arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.
